Neitra 3D Pro(Beta Version) was on sale for a fixed window of time. Meanwhile we received a lot of feedback as well as issues where users felt stuck too.
Currently we have closed the sale. Our team is involved in upgrading Neitra 3D to a better and stable version.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and assuring you that we will bring a newer and better version of Neitra with a price you will like.
Thanks for your suggestion.
2D Mssking is not time consuming(usually takes 2-5 minutes) but there is little learning curve involved as the process is little complicated at present.
There is no need to manually mask(during 2D Masking) every image in Neitra. In case of large number of images, user can deselect all images using "Deselect all segmented images" radio icon. Then select only 10-15 images taken from different camera angles. Properly apply mask on these images. It will give you a rough shape which can be refined during next process of "Surface Refinement".
We do have future plans in pipeline to make Neitra more robust and easy to use.
Texture is saved in jpeg format when you export textured model from File>"Export Model with Texture" option.
.7z is a 7-Zip Compressed file. You can extract it using an extractor.

Pls check that you have enough available RAM.
It would be good if you can share the images.
Also check below link for Steps to follow while capturing images
Hi Gert ,
Thanks for sharing the data set. Such objects can be very well reconstructed by Neitra 3D Pro. You need to follow the following way of capturing images. You need to move around the object in a circular pattern (taking images at every 10 to 15 degree) .Take images in two tiers as shown in image.
The image set you provided is not very appropriate for Neitra. Random pattern of taking images doesn't always ensure a full reconstruction.

Thanks for pointing it out...We are logging it as a bug and it will be fixed soon...
Neitra is designed in such a way that the camera should move around the object. Object should remain stationary.
In your case object has moved keeping camera stationary.
Thanks for your query. Neitra 3D Pro automatically interpolates texture of those portions of the object for which images are not present. User has facility to Export the textured model and edit it using any good designing software like Photoshop etc.
This usually happens when there aren't sufficient overlapping features in the image set. You can refer to the user manual(http://www.triayaam.com/user-manual/) on how to take good images for Neitra.
You can also check images at below link in order to have an idea:
Neitra 3D Pro's Image Alignment process requires overlapping images so that the system can stitch them together in 3D workspace. If system is not able to find proper overlap then it will discard those images.
Can you share one image or if possible complete image data-set for us to have a look, so that we can assist you better?
Thanks for suggestion. Can you point the issue/s you faced as well share the image set. It will help us to check the problem you are facing. We'd like to have a perspective of your suggestion based on this data set provided by you.
the suggestion of having tabs look quite interesting as it increases the amount of information we can provide with Neitra at one place.
Its a nice idea but require more resources and time to come up with good 3D design of IDE which can offer simplicity and ease of use to Neitra users. At present we want to keep it simple as our main focus is to improve the functionality while giving a pleasant user experience.
